![]() I have another laptop I can salvage from if that's the case. I thought could be something to do with the hard drive maybe? Idk. It had no hard drive, but I salvaged one from a old laptop (80GBs.) So I made a installer usb of OS X 10.4.5 Tiger with a High Sierra Virtual Machine - using the fabulous disk utility - booted it up on my Mac, tried to install it, but around 40-50% into the Base System Part 1 install - it went to a grey screen and presented me with a screen telling me to reboot, which I assume is a kernel panic? Please can someone help me. So recently I saved up enough money to buy an old Mac Mini A1176 (Intel Core 2 1.66 Single Core I think?) And it's my first entry into the Apple word, and yes I know it's old, and no I don't care it's old.
